VersaGlobe Announces the Acquisition of its first Medical Company

VersaGlobe International Limited announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Parr Anderson Corporation to be renamed Jaded Health Corporation in its entirety. VersaGlobe has agreed to purchase Parr Anderson from current shareholders for an undisclosed sum early fourth quarter 2008. This will be VersaGlobe's first acquisition in the medical sector.

The newly formed Jaded Health Corporation will be merged into existing VersaGlobe operations at their Minneapolis, Minnesota headquarters. For existing clients there will be no interruption of service as the seamless transfer of technical equipment is already underway.

David Christopher, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, stated: "We are optimistic in announcing the acquisition of Parr Anderson, a medical services company, which diversifies our interest into a strong sector solidifying our growth goals. This horizontal expansion is largely an interest in evening our cash flow across different industries giving our shareholders constant, reliable, and diversified returns. A spin off of divisions within Parr Anderson holdings is possible as soon as second quarter 2009"
